Join Impact Investment Exchange (Asia) Pte Ltd as our VP of Investor Relations to shape our financial narrative and drive sustainable growth. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership in managing investor relationships across the entire engagement lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in articulating our mission to impact-driven investors while ensuring transparent communication of financial performance and market opportunities. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop comprehensive investor relations strategies, prepare compelling financial presentations, and foster trust with institutional partners, analysts, and stakeholders. Your expertise will directly influence our capital-raising initiatives and enhance our visibility in the Asian impact investment ecosystem.

- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies through roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings
- Prepare and present financial performance reports, market analyses, and investment opportunities to stakeholders
- Oversee production of investor materials including annual reports, presentations, and regulatory filings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to leadership
- Collaborate with C-suite on capital markets strategy and investor communications
- Manage investor relations software platforms and data analytics for performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of investor relations experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in fundraising and managing relationships with institutional investors in Asia
- Expertise in financial reporting, SEC/SFC regulations, and market compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts
- Strategic thinking with experience in developing IR programs during growth phases
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools, and investor platforms
