Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve performance targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OHS standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams of 5+ personnel
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift operation certification and OHS training
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical demands
