Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor seawater desalination plant equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on treatment systems
- Monitor water quality parameters and adjust treatment processes as needed
- Document operational data, maintenance activities, and quality control results
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate in water treatment, environmental science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in water treatment plant operations
- Knowledge of desalination processes and water treatment technologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid certification in water treatment operations (preferred)
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
