Our structured training program covers essential topics such as investment strategies, retirement planning, risk management, and client relationship management. You will work closely with senior advisors, gaining valuable insights and practical experience that will set the foundation for a successful career.

As a Wealth Advisor Trainee, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income of $8,000 to $12,000 per month, enjoy flexible schedules, and receive full support and guidance from our team of experts. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in finance or business is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. The successful candidate must be a Singaporean citizen.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients.
- Analyze clients' financial status, risk tolerance, and goals to create personalized retirement and investment plans.
- Monitor and review client portfolios, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of economic trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to share insights and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for client referrals and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in financial services and wealth management, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Singaporean citizenship is mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales or client service is an advantage but not necessary.
- Willingness to obtain relevant financial advisory certifications (CMFAS).
