- Execute daily content updates and management for the e-commerce platform to ensure product accuracy.
- Support onsite merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the migration of product data and the management of the digital product lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits of website content to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, web content management, or digital merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working within the luxury fashion or retail industry is preferred.
