EMAPTA is seeking an experienced Web Production Manager to lead our global digital operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality WordPress websites and Pardot marketing automation campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital assets are AEO-ready, strictly brand-compliant, and delivered with excellence.
As a leader in the team, you will manage workflows, mentor producers, and ensure that our night shift operations run smoothly while providing a supportive work environment with Day 1 HMO benefits and weekends off. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the global web production pipeline using WordPress and Pardot.
- Ensure all web content and designs meet high standards of quality and brand compliance.
- Oversee team leadership, including mentoring junior producers and assigning tasks.
- Implement rigorous QA processes to ensure all digital assets are SEO-ready and error-free.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines and client expectations.
- Manage technical updates, content migrations, and site maintenance for global clients.
- Optimize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Web Production or Digital Project Management.
- Expert proficiency in WordPress CMS and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing remote or hybrid workforces.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule while maintaining high productivity.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital asset management.
