Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain company websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
- Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop cohesive digital marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in web development and social media
- Ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in website development and social media management
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal
- Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
