In this role, you will act as the guardian of our online reputation, handling routine updates, security patches, and user support. As a specialist in our Marketing & Communications team, you will collaborate with designers and developers to deliver seamless user experiences. You will proactively monitor site health, troubleshoot technical glitches, and ensure our content management systems are running smoothly. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring that our digital presence remains robust in a competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and server health to ensure optimal user experience.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including software updates, security patches, and plugin management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or detected during audits.
- Manage content updates on the CMS (Content Management System) with strict attention to detail and formatting.
- Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement minor UI/UX adjustments and landing page updates.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for support teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in website maintenance, support, or a similar IT role.
- Familiarity with popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with web server administration (Apache, Nginx) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
