Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and events from initial consultation to post-event follow-up
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and contingency plans
- Conduct site visits and oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events
- Act as primary client liaison, providing exceptional communication and problem-solving
- Coordinate with internal teams for cross-functional event requirements
- Monitor trends in event design and innovation to enhance offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of wedding or event coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client/vendor interactions
- Proficiency in event management software and budget tracking tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Relevant certification in event management preferred
