Tanggung Jawab
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required for different materials and applications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and ensuring proper alignment
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications using appropriate testing methods
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to solve welding-related challenges
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations and procedures
- Complete welding documentation and reports as required for quality control purposes
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Welder with at least 2-3 years in a similar role
- Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS certification) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of different welding processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Physical ability to perform the tasks required in a welding environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper welding safety procedures
