Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques
- Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints for fabrication specifications
- Fit, align, and assemble metal components to exact tolerances
- Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure structural integrity
- Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and edge preparation
- Maintain welding equipment and safety gear in optimal condition
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve fabrication challenges
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of welding/fitting experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in multiple welding techniques (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Welding certification (AWS/DNV) highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of metal properties and fabrication processes
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina for industrial environments and lifting
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
