In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in the visual appeal and longevity of our restaurant spaces by fabricating, repairing, and maintaining our premium furniture and fixtures.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Your expertise will ensure that our decor standards remain impeccable and safe for our guests. You will be responsible for transforming raw materials into beautiful, functional elements that enhance the dining experience. This includes interpreting technical drawings, operating heavy machinery, and applying finishes to ensure durability and aesthetics. You will also collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Fabricate custom metal and wood furniture and decorative fixtures according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing restaurant furniture and decor elements.
- Operate welding machinery (MIG, TIG, Stick) safely and efficiently to join metal components.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute complex fabrication tasks.
- Sand, grind, and finish surfaces to ensure a high-quality, smooth appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement new decor concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in welding and carpentry.
- Certification in welding or carpentry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and diagrams.
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and metal finishing processes.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material estimation.
