Tanggung Jawab
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metal components
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
- Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and aligning
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to meet project specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and OHS regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in welding
- At least 2 years of experience in structural or industrial welding
- TESDA NC II Welding certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of metal properties and welding techniques
- Physical ability to work in standing positions and handle heavy materials
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required
