Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components
- Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OHS standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project blueprints
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Support fabrication and repair of structural steel components
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 2 in Welding or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in welding/fabrication environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Valid welding safety certification (AWS or equivalent)
- Physical fitness for manual labor and working at heights
- Basic knowledge of metal properties and welding metallurgy
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed
