Tanggung Jawab
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components and structures
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and welding specifications
- Inspect welded joints for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and edge preparation
- Set up and calibrate welding equipment according to material requirements
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment following OHS protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Technical certification in welding or related vocational training
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of various metal alloys and welding properties
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments and handle heavy materials
