CBRE is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder (NCII SMAW) to join our expanding maintenance team in Lipa City, Batangas. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints, executing high-quality welds, and ensuring all work complies with strict safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) operations according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on metal structures, piping, and equipment.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, porosity, and alignment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and machinery in good working condition.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess an NCII Certificate in SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).
- Experience in industrial or construction welding is preferred.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and welding symbols.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including potential shift work.
