Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and read engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations on various metal materials to fabricate and assemble components.
- Inspect finished welds for defects, ensuring they meet industry quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and reduce waste.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Welding Technology or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in industrial welding, fabrication, or metalworking.
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and working in a manufacturing environment.
