- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all digital channels
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and campaigns that attract and convert customers
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performance and ROI
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for online customers
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce sales or digital marketing with a track record of revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
