Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about data-driven marketing? BruntWork is looking for a WFH Marketing Automation & Tracking Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be the technical backbone of our marketing operations, owning critical data tracking systems and HubSpot workflows. We need a self-starter who can optimize our marketing automation strategies to drive leads and improve conversion rates.
As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our campaigns are not only creative but also technically sound. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy solving complex data puzzles, we want to hear from you. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a manageable 20 hours per week schedule.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and manage complex HubSpot workflows and automation sequences.
- Implement and maintain accurate data tracking solutions across web properties and marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and integrity by managing lead scoring and segmentation.
- Collaborate with content creators to integrate tracking codes and analytics tags.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability and tracking pixels.
Kualifikasi
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot (CMS, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
- Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other tracking tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic web edits and debugging.
- Proven ability to work remotely with high levels of self-discipline and time management.
- Experience with email marketing best practices and deliverability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report findings.
