BruntWork is seeking a talented Meta & LinkedIn Ads Manager to join our dynamic remote marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high‑impact advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, driving measurable ROI for our clients.

- Develop and manage end‑to‑end ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn using Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Conduct deep‑dive analytics to monitor performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with client goals and forecast expectations.
- Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience managing Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns in a professional setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC) and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a remote environment on a 9 AM–6 PM EST schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
