Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle for high-ticket digital marketing services, from prospecting and outreach to closing high-value deals.
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations to qualified leads, clearly articulating the value proposition of our services.
  • Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to manage leads, track all communications, and automate strategic follow-up sequences.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine sales scripts, outreach strategies, and lead generation tactics.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs, maintaining a robust and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular forecasting reports and insights to leadership to inform strategic business decisions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a B2B Sales Closer in a high-ticket environment; Digital Marketing experience is an absolute requirement.
  • Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and its advanced automation features.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with strong presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a proactive hunter mentality and resilience.
  • Ability to work completely independently in a fully remote capacity with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented, capable of effectively managing a flexible 20-hour work week.
