We are looking for a skilled Integration Specialist to join BruntWork and streamline our 3PL fulfillment processes. In this fully remote role, you will bridge the gap between our key platformsâspecifically Shopify, Zoho, and Xeroâensuring seamless data flow and automated operations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust API connections that drive efficiency across our inventory and accounting systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong grasp of ERP functionality and web-based integrations. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while solving complex technical challenges that impact our business operations directly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement API integrations between Shopify, Zoho, and Xero to automate 3PL fulfillment workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot connection issues to ensure real-time data synchronization.
- Optimize ERP configurations to support automated inventory management and order processing.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts or connectors to enhance existing system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and propose technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all connected platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with API development and third-party integrations.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Zoho, and Xero platforms.
- Understanding of 3PL (Third Party Logistics) fulfillment processes and requirements.
- Experience with webhooks and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
