In this role, you'll be the heart of our student community, fostering connections, supporting educational journeys, and creating engaging content that resonates with manga enthusiasts. You'll work closely with students to ensure their success while helping to grow and maintain a thriving online community centered around manga appreciation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain an engaged online community of manga enthusiasts and students
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and retention
- Provide personalized support to students in their manga learning journey
- Create and curate compelling content related to manga, including educational materials, discussion prompts, and event announcements
- Monitor community activity, respond to inquiries, and moderate discussions
- Organize virtual events, workshops, and discussion sessions to foster community connections
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with broader goals
- Analyze community metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Deep passion for manga and understanding of manga culture
- Experience in community management, moderation, or student support roles
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Customer service mindset with a focus on student success and satisfaction
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content and activities
