In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our manga-focused community, bridging the gap between student users and our creative platform.
You will be responsible for ensuring our student base feels supported, engaged, and inspired. From managing online forums to curating community events and providing top-tier user support, your goal is to nurture a vibrant space where manga lovers thrive. We are seeking someone who understands the nuances of manga culture, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, WFH environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and moderate a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment for our manga community members.
- Provide prompt and empathetic student support via chat, email, and community channels to resolve technical or engagement-related inquiries.
- Design and execute community initiatives, including manga discussion clubs, Q&A sessions, and virtual meetups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share student feedback and insights to improve our product offerings.
- Monitor engagement metrics and generate regular reports on community sentiment and student success milestones.
- Create engaging social content and newsletters tailored to the specific interests of manga readers and artists.
- Assist in managing student onboarding processes to ensure a seamless entry into our learning ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Deep, genuine passion for manga, anime, and pop culture trends.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, customer success, or social media engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a WFH setting.
- Proficiency in community management tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, Zendesk, or social media dashboards).
- Strong empathy and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
