In this role, you will be the creative force behind our high-end real estate video content, transforming raw footage into cinematic property showcases that captivate potential buyers and investors.
You will play a pivotal role in managing our media assets, ensuring a seamless workflow from ingest to final export. We are looking for an individual who is not only a master of Adobe Premiere Pro but also possesses a strong understanding of visual rhythm, color grading, and audio syncing. Tanggung Jawab
- Edit and produce high-end real estate highlight reels, property walkthroughs, and promotional content.
- Manage and organize large media libraries, ensuring consistent naming conventions and efficient file retrieval.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute vision and adhere to brand guidelines for every project.
- Perform high-quality color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphic overlays.
- Ensure all deliverables are optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Monitor and troubleshoot rendering/exporting processes to meet strict project deadlines.
- Maintain a backup system for all raw and finished video assets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, and pacing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take and implement creative feedback.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to support large file transfers and remote collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
