Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot wire bonding equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections, calibration, and preventive maintenance on wirebond machinery
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and production quality metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment efficiency
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all operational activities
Kualifikasi
- Technical vocational degree or certification in electronics, mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with wire bonding or semiconductor equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of precision electronic equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for industrial machinery
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and calibration standards
