What You Will Do

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 and group online ESL classes using our proprietary teaching platform.
- Deliver prepared curriculum focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar.
- Provide actionable feedback and error correction to accelerate student fluency and confidence.
- Monitor and document student progress, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Participate actively in mandatory training sessions and team meetings to improve teaching techniques.
- Cultivate a positive, motivating, and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Assist students with English proficiency exams (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC) as needed.
- Manage your schedule effectively, ensuring punctuality and adherence to lesson commitments.
Kualifikasi
- Must currently reside in the Philippines (preference for candidates in Makati City or Metro Manila).
- Own a functional PC or laptop with a webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps dedicated bandwidth).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral or American accent preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Education, English, or Communications is a strong plus).
- Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA) is highly desired but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of ESL teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Must be patient, creative, passionate about teaching, and able to adapt to different student age groups and levels.
