As a Junior Interior Designer, you will work alongside experienced professionals on exciting commercial interior projects, from concept development to final implementation.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and stunning 3D renderings that bring our clients' visions to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution while adhering to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed design plans including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and 3D renderings for commercial interior projects
- Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials for client proposals
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to ensure accurate design documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate design implementation
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures aligned with project requirements and budgets
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Support senior designers in preparing project timelines, cost estimates, and technical specifications
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and design archives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Lumion
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial interiors
- Excellent spatial planning abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively
- Basic knowledge of furniture selection, material specifications, and finish selections
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, renderings, and technical drawings is a plus
