- Oversee daily workshop operations including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and supervise technical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards
- Manage inventory control, parts ordering, and cost optimization
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Prepare performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive workshop management
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and achieving operational targets
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, diagnostics, and equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in automotive technology or workshop management preferred
- Proficiency in workshop management software and inventory systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Singaporean or Singapore PR with valid Class 3 driving license
