We are looking for a Workshop Service Advisor to expand our marketing team for our top-performing branch at Senai, Johor.
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the front-line operations of our workshop. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their automotive needs are met efficiently and professionally.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customers and our expert technicians. Your ability to accurately assess vehicle issues, provide transparent estimates, and coordinate repairs will be crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Interact professionally with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates and timeframes to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to schedule repairs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Process job cards and update the workshop management system with accurate details.
- Communicate repair progress and completion status to customers in a timely manner.
- Handle parts ordering and ensure availability for scheduled repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized service reception area.
- Upsell additional services and parts when appropriate to meet branch targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an automotive workshop or service center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (Malay is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and vehicle systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- High school diploma or certificate in automotive service.
