Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily welding operations and manage the workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and company regulations on the workshop floor.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of welding technicians and junior staff to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with production planners to schedule tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of welding equipment and machinery to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and team performance.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues or quality defects on-site promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a welding or fabrication workshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Valid certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, ISO) is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work flexible hours as required by the job.
