In this role, you will go beyond traditional sales; you will act as a technology advisor, helping our customers integrate Xiaomi smart products into their daily lives. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert demonstrations and guidance on Xiaomi’s full product ecosystem (smartphones, AIoT, and lifestyle gadgets).
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized retail shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and effective consultative selling.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Mentor junior sales staff to ensure team cohesion and high performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to store management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Deep passion for technology, gadgets, and the Xiaomi brand ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment and handle flexible working hours.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
