Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals
- Facilitate therapeutic activities and programs designed to promote personal growth and skill development
- Monitor residents' progress, document observations, and report significant changes to the care team
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment that encourages positive behavior and relationships
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and educators
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Advocate for residents' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services and resources
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with youth or in a care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with young people
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for youth development
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Knowledge of child development principles and trauma-informed care practices
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
