Are you a YouTube growth strategist with a track record of building viral communities? BruntWork is looking for a results-driven YouTube Channel Manager to lead our content strategy and scale our channel to new heights. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube content strategies to drive subscriber growth and watch time.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize Click-Through Rate (CTR) and organic search rankings.
- Perform deep-dive performance analysis using YouTube Analytics to identify trends, audience retention gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure consistent brand identity and high-quality production standards.
- Manage end-to-end video scheduling, community engagement, and comment moderation to foster a positive brand community.
- Keep ahead of industry trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative assets and packaging to improve channel performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in YouTube channel management or digital video strategy.
- Proven expertise in YouTube SEO, including keyword research and metadata optimization.
- Strong command of YouTube Analytics and ability to translate data into actionable content decisions.
- Experience managing end-to-end production workflows for high-growth channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead remote teams effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of viral content psychology and audience retention tactics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar video production tools is a strong advantage.
