You will lead a multi-functional team to optimize performance, enhance user experience, and drive sustainable business growth within the Sulawesi zone.
You will be responsible for defining the regional roadmap, analyzing complex datasets to uncover market trends, and executing high-impact initiatives that keep Gojek at the forefront of the ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional business strategies to achieve quarterly growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee daily operational performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of specialists across marketing, operations, and analytical functions.
- Manage end-to-end P&L for the Makassar zone, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HQ, Product, and Engineering) to implement regional-specific features and campaigns.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to track business KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive partner and merchant engagement strategies to strengthen the local ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or project management within the tech or startup industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the local Makassar market and consumer behavior.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a 'get-things-done' attitude and agility in execution.
