In this pivotal role, you will act as the 'CEO' of your zone, owning the P&L and driving the growth of our ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that our services continue to empower millions of users while maintaining operational efficiency.
As a Zone General Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges, identify local market opportunities, and optimize our supply and demand dynamics. We are looking for a data-driven strategist who excels in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering a world-class experience for our driver-partners, merchants, and customers in Kalimantan Timur.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and own the end-to-end P&L for the Samarinda zone, ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute localized growth strategies to increase market penetration and service usage.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and ownership.
- Analyze hyper-local market data to identify trends, supply gaps, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable business moves.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government bodies, merchant partners, and community leaders.
- Optimize operational workflows to improve service quality, efficiency, and safety across all Gojek product lines.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting strategic recommendations to regional leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, consulting, or general management roles within the tech or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth in a highly competitive market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse teams and navigating high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market landscape and the specific nuances of the Kalimantan region.
