Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct independent sales audit reviews to verify compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform detailed compliance checks on sales processes and documentation
- Execute BSC (Business Support Center) assessments to ensure adherence to banking standards
- Document findings and prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking compliance, audit, or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and report writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
