Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily fund operations including trade settlements, corporate actions, and NAV calculations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and other third-party service providers
- Monitor and reconcile investment accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute regular reports to stakeholders and management
- Support the implementation of new investment products and strategies
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in funds or investment operations
- Strong knowledge of investment products, markets, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in fund accounting systems and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, or similar) are advantageous
