Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate a 10-wheeler boom truck to lift, position, and transport heavy loads such as steel beams, equipment, and telecom tower materials.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the boom truck to ensure mechanical safety and optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with signalmen, ground crews, and project managers to coordinate lifting operations and ensure clear visibility.
- Follow all company safety protocols, traffic laws, and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Secure loads properly using appropriate rigging techniques and straps to prevent shifting during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and maintain accurate daily logs of work hours and operations.
- Assist in minor truck maintenance and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the fleet supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience operating 10-wheeler boom trucks or heavy lifting equipment.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including climbing and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic knowledge of rigging and slinging techniques is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and safety signs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as project requirements dictate.
