In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive order planning strategies and monitoring the real-time status of our entire truck fleet in operation. Your expertise will ensure the seamless flow of goods and the efficient utilization of our transportation assets.
As a Transport Planner, you will act as the bridge between operational needs and logistical execution. You will work closely with the dispatch team to coordinate schedules, resolve on-the-road issues, and ensure that all deliveries meet our high standards of punctuality and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement detailed order planning schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor real-time operations of all trucks and vehicles to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to adjust routes based on traffic conditions and delivery priorities.
- Analyze fleet performance data to optimize fuel consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies during transport operations.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast future transport requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of truck fleet operations and local road networks in West Java.
- Proficiency in using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with drivers and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
