Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow senior management to learn end-to-end cafe operations, including P&L management and inventory control.
- Deliver impeccable customer service that aligns with Michelin-star service standards.
- Support daily cafe operations, including floor management, barista stations, and kitchen coordination.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Train and mentor new service crew members to ensure consistent team performance.
- Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Analyze daily sales reports to identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-volume F&B or retail environments (Fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome).
- A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and demanding work environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a 'lead-by-example' attitude.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
