Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and ensure the kitchen area remains clutter-free.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations strictly.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Report any equipment maintenance needs or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Help organize kitchen supplies and inventory upon delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with working shifts.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
