Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Interact with guests to provide drink recommendations and create a welcoming, social atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and report supply needs to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all bar operations.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Support team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-traffic bar or beach club setting.
- Deep knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and positive personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic command of English (spoken) to assist international guests.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods in a busy environment.
- Professional grooming and a passion for the hospitality industry.
