Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Aladdin Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in the Central Region of Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and management of BlackRock Aladdin, the firm's flagship investment and risk platform. Your work will directly support the organization's investment, risk, and operational objectives, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, technology teams, and senior leadership to translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage system configurations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As the Aladdin Business Analyst, you will act as the primary liaison between the business and technology teams, ensuring that system changes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation, conducting root cause analysis for incidents, and implementing best practices in system governance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and configuration of BlackRock Aladdin modules to meet investment and risk requirements.
- Perform system optimization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain data mappings, workflows, and automated reports for risk and portfolio analytics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on system capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends and platform updates to recommend enhancements and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for daily operations and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin or comparable investment management platforms.
- Proven track record in business analysis, requirements gathering, and system implementation within financial services.
- Familiarity with investment operations, portfolio management, and risk metrics (e.g., VaR, stress testing).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, FRM, CFA) is a plus.
