You will manage the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of high-net-worth individuals, collaborating closely with relationship managers and compliance officers to streamline processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
- Verify client identities and source of funds in accordance with MAS guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Update and maintain accurate KYC documentation and filing systems to ensure compliance.
- Monitor accounts for suspicious activities and potential red flags.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve compliance queries and expedite account openings.
- Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely submission to authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Private Banking KYC, Compliance, or Operations.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and documentation management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field is preferred.
