We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful implementation, optimization, and management of the BlackRock Efront platform. This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a dedicated professional who wants to drive operational excellence within a leading financial institution.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the Efront system meets the rigorous demands of investment, risk, and operational objectives. You will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements for the Efront system implementation and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including portfolio managers and risk officers, to define project scope and deliverables.
- Oversee the configuration and testing of Efront modules to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests effectively.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide comprehensive training and end-user support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or investment management industry.
- Strong working knowledge of BlackRock Efront or similar portfolio management systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
