Join Hudson Talent Solutions as a Regulatory Compliance & Risk Culture Consultant for a pivotal 12-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and mitigating regulatory risks, with a specific focus on data privacy and personal conduct. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping the organization navigate complex regulatory landscapes and fostering a robust risk-aware culture.
Your expertise will be crucial in implementing compliance frameworks that protect the organization against evolving threats. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) framework to ensure full organizational compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in data handling, storage, and processing procedures.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance risk culture and compliance awareness across all levels of the organization.
- Investigate and report on compliance breaches or near-misses, providing detailed analysis and remediation recommendations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies to maintain alignment with current compliance standards.
- Monitor changes in data privacy laws and regulatory updates to advise the leadership team on necessary adjustments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or internal audit within the financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore's PDPA and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- Proven track record of managing regulatory projects and successfully driving cultural change within a large organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences effectively.
- Professional certification in Risk Management (e.g., CRISC, PRMIA) is highly desirable.
