Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for a motivated UAT Tester to join our team on a 12‑month contract basis in the Central Region of Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation of customer‑service‑related systems, ensuring that all functionality meets user expectations before go‑live.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define test scenarios, execute test cases, and document results. Your keen eye for detail will help identify defects early, facilitate quick resolutions, and contribute to a seamless user experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute detailed UAT test cases for new and upgraded customer service systems.
- Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or similar defect‑tracking tools.
- Work with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Document test results, prepare summary reports, and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
- Support the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans and scripts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in UAT or system testing roles, ideally within ICT projects.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, test case design, and defect life cycle management.
- Proficiency in using JIRA or comparable defect‑tracking platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and ability to query databases for data validation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
