Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing payroll-related inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Receive and respond to escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Assist in the processing and verification of payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer escalations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.
- Ensure all customer service standards and compliance policies are followed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Payroll or Customer Service role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, terminologies, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
