Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products and orders.
- Assist customers with account management, order tracking, and returns processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards during every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work in a permanent night shift schedule.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably with US-based clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
